How to choose a transfer in Cyprus?

But since I'm planning a surprise for her, she doesn't know that we're flying to Cyprus at the end of September. I even arranged her vacation with her boss, but I haven't decided on the transfer yet. Please advise me on how to choose the right one and what criteria to use.

First of all, make sure the company is internationally recognized. I wouldn't trust local taxi services.
