Our Factory
We have 2 intelligent production line and Intelligent Control aging test line that was introduced at the end of 2018. Each work station corresponds to a different process, and employees must complete each part follow the operating instructions. During the production process, the quality department will inspect the products randomly to ensure the quality and consistency of the products. After all production processes are completed, the product will be placed on the aging test line and doing the 24 hours test before packing. With the investment of these intelligent devices, the productivity is greatly improved and the product quality is more stable, thus shortening the delivery time and saving the cost to a certain extent for customers, make them feel a better experience in cooperation.

In the interest of long-term cooperation and make the after sales service clear, hereinafter we issue the official letter to guaranty under the detailed procedure.
A. Guarantee period: 12months
B. Guarantee period start: Begin from the date of shipment arrival.
1) Defective units to be found within 1 month after you receive the products but before you sale, we shall exchange new one for you, but you must declare to us within 1 month. We bear two-way freight.
2) 2) From the second month to the 12th month after you receive the product, we can repair them for fee (including exchange the spare parts for you) if defective units to be found, and we bear two-way freight.
4) After the 12 months free warranty period, within the next two years, we can also repair for you for free, but we will charge for the cost price of the spare parts if they need exchanging. We do not bear the freight.
5) After the above-mentioned one, in the following years, we will charge for the repairing fee which is 15% of the product price we sell to you, and charge for the cost price of the spare parts if they need exchanging. And we do not bear the freight.
Note:
(1) For all the defective products returned, you shall pay the maintenance fee and two-way freight if our Maintain Dept. identifies it was damaged with artificial factor.
